These terms govern your use of exweeddelivery.com and every order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not, do not order.
You must be 19 or older
Cannabis is for adults 19 and over in Ontario. You may not use this site or order from us if you are under 19.
Our driver checks government-issued photo ID at the door, on every delivery, every time. No exceptions, no matter how many times you have ordered before. If you cannot produce valid photo ID showing you are 19 or older, the driver leaves with the order.
You may not order for anyone under 19, and you may not accept a delivery on behalf of a minor. Doing either ends your ability to order from us.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Toronto and York Region. The full list of areas is on our delivery areas page. If your address falls outside that list we cannot bring an order to it, whatever the map says at checkout.
Hours
We deliver daily from noon to 23:00, and 23:00 is last call. An order placed after last call goes out the next day from noon.
Delivery time
We aim to reach you in about two hours. That is a target, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, order volume and how far out you are all move it, and a driver will not run a red light to hit a number on a website. If an order is running badly late, message us and we will tell you where it is.
Ordering, prices and payment
- Minimum order is $50 before delivery.
- Delivery is free on orders over $70. Below that, the delivery fee shows at checkout before you pay.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars.
- We take payment by Interac e-Transfer, or cash to the driver at the door. No cards and no surcharges.
- An order paid by e-Transfer is dispatched once payment lands, not when you place it. An unpaid e-Transfer order is not a booking and does not hold stock. If you are paying cash, have it ready at the door.
Prices, products and promotions can change without notice. The price that binds is the one shown when you place the order.
Coupons and deals
Coupon codes are one at a time. Codes do not stack with each other, and a code that has already been used cannot be used again where its terms say so. Each code carries its own minimum, and the minimum applies to the cart before delivery.
Deal of the Day prices are live for that weekday only. Whatever the cart charges is the real price.
We can withdraw or change a promotion at any time, and we can void a code being used in a way it was not meant for.
Stock
Everything on the site is subject to availability. Cannabis stock moves in lots, and a strain that was here this morning can be gone by dinner. If something in your order is unavailable after you have paid, we will offer you a substitute or refund that item. We will not swap in something you did not choose without asking.
When we will not complete a delivery
Our driver will leave without handing over the order if:
- Nobody produces valid government-issued photo ID showing 19 or older.
- The ID does not match the person accepting the order.
- The person receiving it appears intoxicated or impaired.
- The address is wrong, unreachable, or unsafe to attend.
- Nobody answers after the driver has arrived, called, and waited a reasonable time.
In every one of those cases the order is treated as delivered and is not refunded. That is the cost of a driver, a vehicle and a trip across the city. If you know you will not be there, tell us before the driver leaves.
Cancellations
You can cancel before the order is dispatched, and we will refund what you paid. Once a driver is carrying your order, it cannot be cancelled.
All sales are final
We do not accept returns and we do not take products back. Cannabis is a consumable, and once it has left our hands and been in yours, it cannot be resold, restocked, or verified as untouched. This is the standard across the industry and it is not negotiable.
Not liking a strain as much as you hoped is not a defect. Grade, aroma and effect vary between lots of the same strain, which is the nature of an agricultural product.
What we do fix
Final sale does not mean we keep your money when we got it wrong. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right if:
- We sent the wrong item. We replace it or refund it.
- Something is missing from what you paid for. We deliver it or refund it.
- A product arrived damaged — a broken cart, a leaking tincture, a crushed package. Send a photo and we replace or refund it.
- Your order never arrived. We refund it in full.
Refunds go back the way the money came in, within 5 business days of us agreeing to one: by e-Transfer to the address that sent it, or in cash on a following delivery.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, and where that Act gives you more than this page does, it wins.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else is using it. Do not open an account with someone else’s details, and do not open a second account to reuse a code meant for one.
We can suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.
What we say about products
Product descriptions, strain notes, potency figures and effect language are there to help you choose. They are not medical advice and they are not a promise about how any product will affect you.
We make no health or medical claims. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition, talk to a doctor rather than a website.
Do not drive or operate machinery after using cannabis. Keep it away from children and pets. Start low and go slow, and give edibles up to two hours before deciding you need more.
Using the site
Do not scrape it, break into it, overload it, resell what is on it, or use it to do anything illegal. Text, photography, product copy and design on this site belong to us or our suppliers, and are not yours to republish.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition it left us, to the address you gave us. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that follows from your own use of a product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. The version that applies to an order is the one live when you placed it.
