The most precise way to dose cannabis
Everything else on this site comes in fixed units — a gummy, a square, a joint. A tincture comes with a dropper, so you can move in fractions of a millilitre and find a dose that suits you exactly rather than one the packaging chose.
That makes it the format people land on when a whole gummy is too much and half is awkward.
What we carry
| Tincture | Strength | Price | For |
|---|---|---|---|
| THC 1000mg | 1000mg | $50 | The standard starting bottle |
| THC 4000mg | 4000mg | $100 | Four times the strength for twice the price |
| CBD 1000mg | 1000mg | $50 | Daily CBD, no high |
| CBD 3000mg | 3000mg | $100 | Higher daily dose, better value |
The step up is worth doing if you already know tinctures suit you. The 4000mg THC bottle is four times the milligrams of the 1000mg for double the money.
Under the tongue, or in food
Where you put it changes when it works.
Sublingual — hold it under your tongue for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing. Some of it absorbs through the tissue there, so onset is faster than an edible, often 15 to 45 minutes.
Swallowed, or stirred into food or a drink, it behaves exactly like an edible: 45 to 90 minutes, and a longer, heavier ride.
Neither is better. The first is for when you want more control over timing, the second for when you’re dosing an evening anyway.
THC or CBD
THC produces the high. CBD doesn’t, and it’s the one people take on a schedule — a set dose every day rather than a decision each evening. Both come in the same bottle format at matching strengths, so you can run one of each without changing how you dose.
Working out your dose
Read the milligrams per millilitre on the bottle, not the total. A 1000mg bottle and a 4000mg bottle look identical in the hand and are four times apart in the dropper.
Start low — a quarter dropper — and hold it for a week before deciding anything, particularly with CBD, where people report it settling in over days rather than minutes. With THC, wait a full 90 minutes before taking more.
Storing them
Cool, dark, upright, cap tight. Light degrades cannabinoids, which is why the bottles are tinted. Kept properly a tincture holds for a year or more — far longer than any edible.

Tincture FAQ
How do I take a tincture?
Under the tongue for 60 to 90 seconds, then swallow. Or stir it into food or a drink, in which case it acts like an edible.
How long does it take to work?
15 to 45 minutes held under the tongue. 45 to 90 minutes if you swallow it straight away or put it in food.
What dose should I start with?
A quarter dropper, then wait 90 minutes before deciding on more. Check the milligrams per millilitre first — the bottles look the same but differ fourfold.
Is a tincture stronger than an edible?
Not inherently. It’s more precise, and taken under the tongue it arrives sooner.
Can I put it in coffee or food?
Yes. It then behaves like any other edible, so allow the full 45 to 90 minutes.
Does CBD tincture get you high?
No. People take it daily for calm and sleep, and it leaves the day intact.
How long does a bottle last?
Depends on your dose, but a 1000mg bottle covers weeks at a modest daily amount. Stored properly it keeps for a year or more.
Why is the bottle tinted?
Light degrades cannabinoids. The dark glass is why a tincture outlasts every edible on the site.
Can I take THC and CBD tinctures together?
Yes, and plenty of people run CBD through the day and THC in the evening.
Which is better value?
The larger bottles. The 4000mg THC has four times the milligrams of the 1000mg for twice the price.
Do you deliver tinctures same day in Toronto?
Yes, about two hours, noon to 23:00, across Toronto.
